Lauren Ruef has a B.A in Journalism from Point Loma Nazarene University and resides in Portland, Oregon. She has lived in Washington D.C, North Carolina, California, and soon England, but she calls the Pacific Northwest home.  She is a writer and book manuscript curator for AuthorTalk.  

Her writing has appeared in Forbes, Entrepreneur, and in print as a collaborative writer for authors. Lauren has helped CEOs, life coaches, nationally-recognized speakers, and flight attendants share their stories with the world. She loves the wisdom of the Christian Mystics and writers who draw inspiration from the natural world.

In Jesus, Lauren finds every reason to hope, and she knows that nothing good ever comes cheap. She loves the ocean, ideas that provoke deep thought, and trekking through the Columbia River Gorge. She is studying to obtain a certificate in theology at the University of Oxford by June 2019.
